Each dancer has the opportunity to participate in our Spring Concert in May.
Every class/discipline will have a specific costume chosen by the teacher with their choreography in mind.
To plan for this exciting performance that culminates a year of hard work, costume fees will be due January 15 when costumes are ordered.
Spring Concert Costume Fees will be posted to each dancer’s account on November 1st. Dancers will be measured in class in November.
Costume Fees are non-refundable.
Families may opt-out of their dancer performing in the Spring Concert and cancel their costume order by e-mailing the front desk by 1/10/25.
Your account must be current for your child to take costumes home and participate in the Spring Concert.
TICKETS
All Tickets will be sold online through an outside vendor, beginning Monday, April 14 at 11:00 am.
You may purchase tickets to your dancer’s performance(s) by using the Priority Code associated with the primary email address on file in our database through the link below. If you would like to review/update your primary email address, please do so in the parent portal. Priority Code Access will be e-mailed the week preceding the opening of ticket sales.

The theater has limited seating, therefore tickets are limited for Children’s/Preteen/Teen shows.
Tickets are not limited for Upper Level shows.
Priority Code Access will permit a dancer’s family to purchase up to 5 tickets for each Children’s/Preteen/Teen show and/or purchase unlimited tickets for each Upper Level show the family has a dancer(s) performing in.
Multi-household families will need to coordinate in advance with one another regarding Priority Code Access and their allocated 5 tickets.
Any remaining tickets that have not been sold will be available for purchase without a code on May 1.
COSTUME WEEK
Spring Concert Costumes will be handed out in most classes in early May!
Reminder: Costumes will be released to your dancer when your account is paid in full. Accounts must have a zero balance for dancers to participate in the Spring Concert. Please check your account in the parent portal to take care of any balance due before Costume Week.
DRESS REHEARSALS
Children’s/Preteen Concert Dress Rehearsals in Theater. Schedule TBA.
(Final in-studio class will be May 17)
